Dr Masrani has great desire to serve sick patients of India and USA. After few years of working as Casualty Medical Officer in Mumbai, he decided to expand his horizons to Nigeria and then USA. He completed his Internal Medicine residency training and did fellowship in cardiology at State University of New York. He did board certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology every 10 yearsx3, Interventional Cardiology and Geriatrics.

While in practice, he acquired additional skills in Nuclear Cardiology, pacemaker, defrillator, biventricular pacemaker implantation and peripheral artery interventions as well as Critical Care in Cardiology.

Dr Masrani is Fellow of American College of Cardiology as well as Chest Physicians.

Dr Masrani has been awarded “Top Physicians in America”. He has been Top 10 cardiologist in Kansas City (Castle Connelly Survey), out of several hundred cardiologists.

Dr Masrani has been Clinical Associate Professor at Kansas University Medical Center.

Dr. Vikram P Mehta is from the class of 1972 and graduated in 1980 with MBBS and MS orthopedics.  He then moved to United States in 1981 and finished his training as a Reconstructive and Microvascular Hand Surgeon from the state university of New York Buffalo and began his practice in Orlando Florida in 1989, where he has been practicing as a hand surgeon for the last 29 years.  He has been the past president of Seminole County medical Society, and the chief off staff at Florida Hospital Altamonte Springs.

Manjula Vara, originally from Kenya came to Mumbai for further studies and obtained her MBBS degree from TNMC, Mumbai in 1973. She took active part in the TNMC GOLDEN JUBLEE celebrations in Mumbai. She completed her Residency from Maimonides Medical center in Brooklyn, New York. She is a diplomat of American Board of Pathology in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology with a subspecialty certification in Cytopathology. She has been active in local community activities. She was an active member of AAPI from inception and held committee leadership positions. She was the Co Chair of Women’s conference at annual AAPI meeting in 2000 in NYC. She is currently the Chairperson of Department of Pathology at Coney Island Hospital.

Vikas Karnik was born in Baroda, Gujarat. He graduated from TNMC with an MD, DPM (Psychiatry) in 1983, and came to Canada in 1984. He completed his Internship and Family Medicine Residency in Winnipeg at the University of Manitoba. He has been practicing in Windsor Ontario since 1989, and runs two family medicine clinics in the Windsor area. The clinics have been awarded “Best Business” for the year 2005 by the Chamber of Commerce.

Yogesh Bakhai graduated from TNMC, Bombay University in 1979 and then he did MD and DPM in psychiatry at Nair Hospital.

Currently he is working as Associate Professor of Psychiatry; vice chair for clinical services at state University of New York at Buffalo.
